What rights do you have in China to appeal stuff being taken off you in transit? I debated this, but I think it's askable. I just flew transit through Beijing. Did NOT enter the country. You still have to go through security though, but whatever, it just takes time. Until I got called aside for questioning about my Anker Power Charger (this model). The conversation: Security: "What is this? It has no label" Me: "It's a USB charger, for charging my phone, for example" Security: "It has no labels showing how much power, it's not allowed into China" Me: "It's not going into China, I'm only in transit! Also, where, anywhere, is there a sign saying it must be labelled?" (It had been, but was worn off) Security: "We can keep it for you, one month" Me: "What use is that if after a month you still won't let me take it on a flight?" Security: "Sorry, It's not allowed into China" Me: "It was MADE in China!"Anyway, despite my protests, it was removed from me, as well as similar items from other passengers (I got to see a lot of them while having this discussion).Essentially, however, I had no leg to stand on. They could have claimed my laptop computer for all I knew, and I couldn't see any way to protest, get a claim, or anything like that. So I guess my question is - is there a way to get documentation of the event, and claim for it later, or a way to officially protest, say from the airport OR the airline, given nobody warned me they'd be looking at and confiscating power banks with worn off labels?

European passenger rights. Reimbursement in case of time change by airline I have a Lufthansa flight with a connection in Frankfurt. I bought the ticket several months ago and connection time then was 50 minutes.I checked my ticket several days ago and I see that the connection time is now 45 minutes. So, either my first flight arrives 5 minutes later or the second one departs 5 minutes earlier. There wasn't any notification about this.I case I don't want to fly because of the shorter connection time, can I get 100% reimbursement of my non-reimbursable ticket? Do I have a right to request that, or can I ask to modify the dates for free? Flight will be in one month. 5 minutes is not a lot but I'm scared to miss the next flight because I'll need to pass security check and passport control. I was thinking a lot before buying this ticket and after they even make the connection shorter...

Could anybody help you to find a very good experienced appeal attorney for a civil appeal attorney state case please today is Nov 28 and it is very urgent? Hi, I can't answer your question, but I can point you to a web site I just ran into that I think is good (I'll have to wait until Monday, Dec 1st to use it though because I won't have money till then). You type the question, pick which expert of Law you want, create quick account and screen name, and then you choose from 3 different prices 15 dollars, 30 dollars, and then if it's urgent, or you want it answered right away, they charge 45 dollars. I don't even have 15 cents today, and my case goes to court on Wed (Dec 3rd), I wish I could tell you how well it works, but I haven't used it yet. B
