Satellites could be launched from Shetland Islands' most nothern isle

Unst, which has a population of only 600, is identified in UK Space Agency research as best site in UK for spaceport to launch satellites into orbit For the 600 residents of the most northern island in the Shetlands, it could be the most exciting thing since Unstfest – the annual shindig that this year offered, among its attractions, a scything demonstration over-16s could join. The proposals are at an early stage, but if the Shetland Space Centre Ltd gets its way, Unst could become the UK’s premier spaceport with a local economy revitalised by blasting satellites into orbit. The company was set up on the island, a breathtaking island nearer Norway than Edinburgh, after it was identified as the most promising launch site in Britain, in a study supported by the UK Space Agency. 14-11-17

What would it mean for the rest of the UK if Scotland became fully independent? Well, the Shetland islands want to be part of the UK and have said if Scotland became Independant, The Shetland islands would announce Independance and considering the Oil goes to the Shetland Islands, the Shetland isles would be the ones who get the oil. One thing is for sure though, we would have a Conservative Government for the rest of our lives. Nooooooooo!
Can anyone from Scotland help me think up some Scottish names for my new Shetaland Sheepdog puppies? You could name them after one of the Shetland Islands. The main ones are called "yell" "unst" "fetlar" "papa" "whalsay" "mousa" "fair isle" and "mainland". ( I wouldnt recommend mainland) Lerwick is the main town in the Shetlands and could be a good dog name. If you wanted something very shetlandic you could go for "Jarl" after the viking warriors who ruled Shetland or "Helly" after "up helly ah" the big shetlandic fire festival.
Is this true.... Britain consists of England and wales & Great Britain consists of England, wales and Scotland? Britain and Great Britain are one and the same. The site that you are quoting from was created by children for children. Your best site for this is the wikipedia entry on Great Britain. Great Britain consists of England, Scotland and Wales together, along with all of the other islands around the coast that are not self governing. Thus, the Orkney Isles, Hebrides, Isle of Wight, Shetland, Anglesey and the Scilly Isles are all part of GB. The Channel Islands are self governing. When we refer to the UK however, we say the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern ireland.
How come all you Sheeple still believe we actually landed on the moon? Pretty sure we lacked the technology in those days to 'fake' a moon landing (several, actually). Why is it so hard to believe we landed on the moon? You can see NASA pictures even today of the landing site from other space satellites we have launched since then, and not all are American satellites.
Names of British towns? The British Isles is a geographically term which includes two large islands, Great Britain and Ireland, and 5,000 small islands, most notably the Isle of Man which has its own parliament and laws.

Where can I see Shetland ponies on Unst? I will be spending a couple days on Unst on the Shetland Islands next year. My wife is very keen on seeing some Shetland ponies, and I am wondering how to go about this.My research seems to indicate that Unst is a good place for this. Furthermore it seems that they are roaming freely and one can find them grazing at the roadsides. Now, by randomly looking through some Google Streetview, all I can find is a lot of sheep. So my question is, how do I go about to find Shetland ponies on Unst? Is there a high probability of us finding them at the roadside without looking for them or are there specific places (farms, parks) where one would have to go to find them?
