I am trying to stop drinking sow but it is very hard so does anyone have any suggestions? Learn to like diet soda. One way to adjust to it is to drink it with your meals and then drink other things when you are not eating. The taste of the food helps with the adjustment to the taste of diet soda. I am 52 and drank regular soda until I was about 37 and then I switched to diet soda because of the risks. I still drink lots of soda, but now it is all diet choices. BTW, what you eat or drink is only one of many risk factors for diabetes. Eliminating risks will reduce your risk for diabetes, but there is nothing that is a guarantee that you have eliminated enough risks. Also, if you are worried that you are already diabetic, you should go get a physical to find out.
Do vegans have a lower risk of cancer? You can't just pick a couple of people and question the statistics just because of those two people. Many foods, vegan, vegitarian, and omnivorian pose a miniscule risk of cancer. Sure there are individual foods that you can abstain from, but a varied diet, low in red meat is probably the most healthy. If you take red wine as an example. In excess it can increase your risk of various forms of cancer, yet in moderation it will reduce your risk of other forms of cancer!
Is it true that even a small amount of alcohol is toxic to the body? Why the heck do people drink this stuff? Tiny doses of alcohol such as 1 bottle of beer are actually healthy for you. They have been known to reduce your risk of developing and dying from heart disease, possibly reduce your risk of ischemic stroke (when the arteries to your brain become narrowed or blocked, causing severely reduced blood flow), and possibly reduce your risk of diabetes. But beware when drinking too much as it will increase the alcohol to blood ratio and slow down your bodily functions and delay your reactions. I think the reason why people drink alcohol is that it makes them feel good for a short time and pulls them away from the stress in their life.
Does President Trump have dementia? My Father recently passed away, having been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, and Alzheimer's Disease. Dad did experience more than a few moments of Dementia, including Auditory and Visual Hallucinations. I was Dad's Primary Care Giver, for the last four years of his life. I became well acquainted with all the manifestations of Dementia. I feel I have earned the ability to look upon the President's behavior, and claim he is certainly no Diplomat.....but, neither does he suffer from Dementia. Just a quick Layman's distinction between being elderly, and suffering from Dementia. Forgetting where a loved one left their comb is NOT Dementia. Gazing at a comb, and wondering what in the Hell is THIS thing, and what do I use it for.....now, THAT'S Dementia. The President does NOT suffer from Dementia...boorish behavior, perhaps, but not Dementia. Thank God.
I want to be body positive but I can’t I hate my body!? Eat healthier, and start doing small bits of both mental and physical exercise. Your boyfriend does not "deserve" to go to prom with a "skinny, pretty girl." He loves you for a reason, and if he didn't he would've left you already. Possibly go to a nutritionist to help write out a HEALTHY diet in which works for you. If you cannot afford a nutritionist, might I suggest the Mediterranean diet (as a lifestyle.) This is one of the better diets for you, but only if you follow the full diet rules (including doing this for life, and exercising.) However that is just a suggestion.
Can an Irish Guy look Mediterranean? Yes looking Mediterranean has nothing to do with border the Mediterranean sea. There were som Spanish immigrants arrived in Ireland so some of them look Mediterranean.
