Do u prefer the gospel according to Pikachu? no way. but, there is a fulfillment in prophecy, saying that men will not be able to endure sound doctrine and turn to fables. Paul suggested that we turn away from foolish jewish fables or superstition and the philosophies of men. if the compass is not correctly set to due North no one can find their true destination. imo but listen to my gospel, and if i do write a book. then believe what i say. but right now all my beliefs have been typed here on YQA R&S
How do radars in astronomy receive the echos if the target is very far away? They don't. Radio waves (including radar) travel at the same speed as light. So, if radar is shot at a star that is t light years away, it will 4 years for the signal to get there, AND 4 years for the eco to comeback. EIGHT YEARS total!!! Nbecause other stars are SSSSSSSOOOOOoooooo..... Far away, radar cannot be used to measure interstellar distances.
Need an opinion on what to do? If radar detectors are illegal in your state then do yourself a favor and just return it now. Most modern police radar systems have (and have had for some time) the ability to reliably detect radar detectors in-use. You're just begging for a completely avoidable ticket if you run one in a state where they are illegal. If they're legal in your state, some other things to consider: 1 - A detector only detects radar when it is active. Police cars do not drive around with radars switched on all the time. If the radar source is only activated by the officer upon seeing you (instant-on radar) then all that detector will do is beep to let you know you've already been clocked, too late to slow down. 2 - A detector can't "see" around even modest bends or over hills very well. If a cop or a speed trap appears around a bend or over a crest, again you probably won't get much warning to slow down in time. 3 - Police have become wise to exactly how radar detectors work and how to effectively clock cars speeding even if they have a detector. I'd just return the thing, download an app that monitors local police presence (there are several apps that do that sort of thing surprisingly well) and save the money for other things. 20(+) years ago radar detectors were a fairly useful tool in avoiding speeding tickets but today... not so much in my opinion.
The FCC assigned band Radar frequency is? One of several. There are many different types of Radar. Generally speaking radar bands are on the order of "Higher than hell +/- 3"

Need an opinion on what to do? You're an IDIOT. Radar detectors are a MASSIVE waste of money. Especially since MOST law enforcement agencies don't use RADAR for speed control any more.
