Why is a permanent erection a problem? During an erection the blood vessels in the penis relax and blood accumulates. With prolonged erection this blood gradually loses its oxygen, with the result that the cells run the risk of dying off. An excessively prolonged erection is a medical emergency.
Does President Trump have dementia? My Father recently passed away, having been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, and Alzheimer's Disease. Dad did experience more than a few moments of Dementia, including Auditory and Visual Hallucinations. I was Dad's Primary Care Giver, for the last four years of his life. I became well acquainted with all the manifestations of Dementia. I feel I have earned the ability to look upon the President's behavior, and claim he is certainly no Diplomat.....but, neither does he suffer from Dementia. Just a quick Layman's distinction between being elderly, and suffering from Dementia. Forgetting where a loved one left their comb is NOT Dementia. Gazing at a comb, and wondering what in the Hell is THIS thing, and what do I use it for.....now, THAT'S Dementia. The President does NOT suffer from Dementia...boorish behavior, perhaps, but not Dementia. Thank God.
My son was up all night due to his insomnia and he has school today what shall i do? Sorry about about your son not sleeping, ask his doctor to do a sleep study to see if is sleep apnea, sometimes not eating grains (gluten free diet) solves it but in other cases they have to have a sleep machine, hope it resolves soon, we all need our sleep.
I woke up in the middle of the night suffocating. I don't know if it's anxiety or what!! Anyone know what it could be cause I'm worried!? That's sleep apnea. Maybe it was a single episode, but maybe not. I wouldn't worry about it unless it happens again or unless you're frequently tired even after having had a full night of sleep. If either of those are true, then see a doctor and get a sleep study done because, while common and fairly easily treated, sleep apnea is a pretty serious sleep disorder.
Are you at high risk of developing hypertension if you sleep for 5 hours or less? People who sleep five hours or less a night may be at higher risk of developing high blood pressure or worsening already high blood pressure. There's also an increased risk of high blood pressure for people who sleep between five and six hours a night. Sleeping seven to eight hours a night may play a role in the treatment and prevention of high blood pressure. It's thought that sleep helps your blood regulate stress hormones and helps your nervous system remain healthy. Over time, a lack of sleep could hurt your body's ability to regulate stress hormones, leading to high blood pressure. alk with your doctor if you feel tired even after a full night's sleep, especially if you snore. Obstructive sleep apnea may be the cause, and it can increase your risk of high blood pressure.
Are Depression and Dementia related? well if a young person has depression they probably won't get dementia because of their age. An old person gets depressed either because they're isolated or they're in pain and dementia starts to occur when they don't take care of their brain power. Not everyone goes into dementia, and not everyone gets alzheimers.
